Foreign Office spokesperson Tasneem Aslam in a briefing here said that Pakistan has taken the decision under the UN obligation and not under any pressure from any side,  a state radio report said.

The spokesperson said that assets of all banned organisations in Pakistan have been ceased.

Aslam said that the Haqqani Network has also been banned in the country adding that the group does not have bank accounts in Pakistan.
