The statement was made by the PTI Chairman while launching a membership drive here in Islamabad.
“For the first time in the country’s history, people can become a party member through their telephones”, Khan said.
He added that the campaign will run till 31st March and people from all parts of the country can take part in it.
He said that monarchy system is prevailing in Pakistan. He added that a party leader will never hold himself accountable if he is accused of being corrupt.
PTI Chairman said that merit can be introduced in a political party if intra-party polls are held.
